I really asked her about 800 questions about my diet I was so upset that I have been taking supplements and not changing my diet because normally I was told that the stuff I was eating was bad, but not given any substitutes! That leads to weight loss! I finally found some good foods to fill in those miserable gaps in my diet. My mom loves the mango chips, they are a great sub if you can't get anything else. Also a date with an almond inside is a good save. I have to get more non-cookbooks now so that I can fix the blood sugar pit falls I am having that are leading to sugar eating at night and too much fruit intake to raise too low a drop.
Plus if anyone can tell me what is a good safe and natural oil I can mix with water to clean my cat's ears with I would appreciate it much...Also I want something for the little tabby, he gets depressed and then lays in a corner for like hours...
You take on that food's personality in otherwords and it effects the way you act. On set today I saw a lot of diet cokes and advil tablet taking. I myself had some horrible tea drink that after about a sip of I started to almost feel like I was going to burst out of my chest my heart was beating and my attitude sucked for about an hour, or basically wasn't as bright...so beware. It might just be food's fault, not yours.
I love wonderful raw food. But it does increase your ability to feel more. It cleanses and purifies the body. It is a step I can do when I want to have a good cry or something because often that it what it leads too for me...Also tunes me in more cause there is less blocking my path. A fatty diet blocks out a lot of emotion and nerve sensation. It is a way to escape... But it is bad for you. It is better to feel and maybe get nervous detoxing and just calm down with some candles and oils like orange or rose. And maybe go into a slow workout program until recovered. But nervousness is not always a bad thing. It can mean detox. I get that from wheat grass and from kale if I over-do it. So really you gotta be ready to have your senses increased and you mind more open. An open mind is scary for me because if I am around a negative person, I am more easily disturbed because I have more abundance of sensation and can feel more. Numbed people scare me sometimes because they are not on the same level and think you are snubbing them. But really it is just protecting self from a vibration that is unhealthy that disturbes my health cycle.
Antioxidants are nutrients that protect the body from damage by free radicals. Free radicals are nasty things that go around wreaking havoc on your body, damaging DNA and accelerating aging. Antioxidants scoop them up and neutralize them. White tea is loaded with these protective nutrients. Thank you for summing it all up for a curious virgo Tevana!

The More Educated View of How to Dance as a FEMALE: I have often thought about this since I was proffesionally trained in Paris and Monte-Carlo. Exposed to the purest, most classical sense of dance possible. Like organic-dancing. Women often subject their bodies to rough looking dances on tv or hyper-sexual movies. Only using the power of sexual vibe to gain attention. But there are other vibes a woman can use to grab attention. The Greeks purified dance to the point where for both men and women, it exuded a certain power. A godess for instance wouldn't shake her booty, but there is a way to move more from the shoulders and upper back that is both incredible looking, and that inspires other more pure forms of thought. Divinity is something rarely expressed through a females body. Although we have every ability to accomplish this. But it takes a very specific energy and the bones and the muscles have to be flexible and the ideas behind them, PURE. Ballet is pure. You are seeing the closest thing to how a god would dance. That is the simple way to put it. I once saw a greek picture ofone of teh gods doing an arm raise in the air with his fingers parted, "trying to make it rain." There was a higher purpose behind his dance moves which filtered down right through his body. Instead of looking like a hunk of meat which men can appear way to often to be. He was god-like. So there it is. Just because you are human, doesn't mean you can't filter down the energy from the heaven's through your temple. You can purify your actions and look appealing, just in a different way. Do not always go right for the primitive, it is like going right for the sugar, instead of the fruit.
If my day has a certain amount of happiness in it. I can transfer over into the darker side of things for enjoyment. I find if I don't have light to balance the dark however, the dark pulls on me and I tend to loose energy. I found in gothic dancing a sense of beauty and solace that I have not found anywhere else. I was known for it back in LA after a while cause I would go sooo often. Places like Das Bunker which was more industrial and Maladiction for smoother sounding songs and the more "classic" goth style which I prefer (sans backache in the morning). I even got involved in a goth band project and would go around to different places playing and dancing and man, that was a sweet gig. Then it all just sort of faded away when the market crashed. LA just started melting and the school system collapsed. I was in nursing at the time and suddenly, no more GPA just lottery for who was next. And the programs were mean and rough on the students to get as many as possible to leave after paying their funds. It was sad. So I moved for a change of pace. I discovered after a time that it was the right choice.
In Texas I met Dragon Lady...She was really intense and disturbing at times but so amazing at fire dancing that she instantly sparked my love to learn more moves and discover different forms of fire. I began building things to light up in the night and dreaming of going to fire festivals. I was so enraptured with fire that every night I would practice.
Fire is very dark because of it's danger to the health. Although it looks bright and beautiful...so instead of being taken just by it's beauty soley...I would practice during the day. It keeps the mind off the bright and on the darker aspects and it teaches you not to just do whatever and become tranced with it. This is why many quit...They get too difficult too fast and all the steps inbetween are missed. The devil is in the details heh. But if I am NOT happy I CANNOT spin. It is because it starts to suck energy out of me. It is too dynamic and can make you feel heavy and hypnotic...So I find preperation to spin is important. Do not just grab and go spin as many do. You can get in the rut of the unknown and drift for who knows how many days. Fire is strong, primitive. It can be sexy, or it can be brightening or it can be very gothic. It is whatever you wish to add to it as long as you have the strength to decide what you wish to make it. You have to turn it into something. Otherwise it is the 3rd element controlling you. I see this often at the beach. A firedancer comes out and it is as if the fire is giving the commands. They almost seem to be looking at the fire to tell them what to do with it. This is a sign of hypnosis by fire. You have to dominate it. Tell IT what to do. Otherwise even by accident it will burn you just for being submissive.
I actually spun fire for a local band and wasn't actually given good treatment at the time, and it went right into my performance and the fire wouldn't light the damn wicks! I couldn't ignite! Bad energy will make the fire overwhelming. After quitting wanting approval from this gig I really started to see how important it is not to make fire ridiculous, but to have fun with it. Show others YOU are in control and for this to happen. YOU have to be in a very good state of mind. I think of fire as a really good horror movie. Do not watch it if in a poor state of mind. You have to be in good shape, and then you will get the ultimate enjoyment out of it.
Not the whole story on the hair thing...oh by the way, I think it would quite literally kill some people to give a compliment. Now granted, I understand that some people do not look that "great" when they do certain things to themselves, YES, ok. But there is ALWAYS ALWAYS something beautiful about someone face or eyes. They might hold a sense of peace in them, or a darkness that is mysterious. Why is it that is has to be HOT or BEAUTIFUL? How about soulful? I get more out of that personally. And noadays anyone can be cookie-cut and fluffed out to look better than what they are...so it is really not that big of an achievement. Loosing weight in not that big of a thing either cause it is the way you do it that counts. Healthy is a huge achievement and if weight loss happens then great. But I assure you, being thin is no great thing. I get the, now if you could just do this or that bs...In otherwords, it is never enough. I think some have huge gaps in their mental structures and thus, look to you to save them from it. So if they could just fix you, it would fix them...well then, get away from me man :). oooooo poetry coming up by the way...I can feel it hahaha!
I digress major, um...oh yes so I was listening to Radiohead, "You and Whose Army?" and it was nighttime...the time I get my strongest visuals. And I felt all the arrows symbolizing my energy go up to the sky. My hair was pulling me down down down. It was about an energy I wanted to feel. I have always loved 'frost'...the ispiration for my fire swords...But I didn't know how to get in touch with the fire and stop being afraid of it...I have noticed many times that in staff spinning, some of the best have short hair and didn't realy understand it until now. Nothing holds you back...NOTHING. You can slick it down and just go. It doesn't tangle around your energy by cutting off your neckline and in a lot of ways, makes things a heck of a lot more intense cause you can turn without having to bother with the weight. Lory Petty as a surfer with short hair had a wonderful, very free vibe to her. It comes from the hair, a lot of it. So the experiment has paid off. I can feel one with the fire and not have to move my head around it out of fear of being burned. It moves around me. I am the center, not the fire. It has been wonderful being able to have this experience. There is no way to fake this even by putting the hair up in a bun. It is an obstacle to the fire and you can sense this quite clearly.
Tea is for timing. If you want to calm down you use Yogi and if you want to speed up u cancle the nap and you take earl grey and jog in place for a bit :)///
